The Musketeers
Encouraging sustainability in everyday behaviour

I was part of the group of 3 at Kingfisher, who set up the Musketeer group to champion sustainability within the Digital Hub we were in, and make it a part of the daily conversations as well as business strategies.

We organised challenges for the teams to encourage them to think about and change small habits like using their own coffee cups for instance, walking/cycling small distances.

We also organised sessions and workshops to talk about diverse topics like the future of mobility. 

​

We also regularly liaised with the sustainability team as well and tried to ensure it was being baked into product and business strategies wherever possible
